Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the site freeaicourses.site ("Tallyworks", "we") handles when you use it. Our aim is to collect as little as possible.
1. What you type into the calculators
All calculators, converters, timers and generators run in your web browser. The numbers and text you enter, such as loan amounts, weights, dates or passwords generated by the password tool, are processed on your device. They are not sent to our server and we cannot see them.
2. Data stored in your browser
The site saves your chosen language in your browser's local storage (a value named tw-lang) so that it can remember it next time. It stays on your device. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser's site data. Some tools, such as the calculator tape, keep their history only while the page is open.
3. Server and hosting information
Like most websites, our web host and the WordPress software that runs the site may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.
4. Cookies
The site itself does not use cookies to track visitors. WordPress may set cookies for logged-in administrators only. Third-party services described below may set their own cookies or identifiers.
5. Third-party resources
- Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the fonts, Google receives your IP address and browser details. See Google's privacy policy.
- Advertising or analytics (if used). (Site owner: if you show ads such as Google AdSense or use analytics, state it here. Describe the provider, the cookies used and how visitors can opt out, and add a consent banner where the law requires one. If you use neither, delete this bullet.)
5a. Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to improve the site, and we keep it only as long as needed.
6. How we use information
We use the limited information above to run, secure and improve the site and to answer your messages. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California privacy law), you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Since the tools do not send your inputs to us, the information we could hold is limited to server logs and any messages you send. To make a request, use the Contact page with the subject "Privacy request".
8. Children
The site is general-audience and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We rely on our hosting provider and standard WordPress security practices to protect the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
