How to use the Height Calculator
The height calculator predicts a child's adult height from the parents' heights.
What you need to enter
- Father's height (cm)
- Mother's height (cm)
- Child
The formula
Boys: (father + mother + 13 cm) ÷ 2. Girls: (father + mother − 13 cm) ÷ 2.
Worked example
Using the default values in the calculator:
- Father's height (cm): 180
- Mother's height (cm): 165
- Child: Boy

Tips for better results
